Lillian Gish, Mae Marsh, and Miriam Cooper all seem to idolize his vision and methods, portraying him as a great artist where the later producers and directors were driven by money. Miriam Cooper noted how Griffith seemed to only sign actresses who had grown up without fathers and he inserted himself in that role. That's a slighty disturbing way to build a movie company.stubenbaineshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02580855171561675570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16150876.post-1138028586103785772006-01-23T10:03:00.000-05:002006-01-23T10:03:00.000-05:00Always happy to oblige.Always happy to oblige.Ron Schulerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12897764795703441103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16150876.post-1137963627525545112006-01-22T16:00:00.000-05:002006-01-22T16:00:00.000-05:00You beat me to the punch, or post, rather, again. ...You beat me to the punch, or post, rather, again.
